Horizontal knee-type milling machine FW350MR, FW450MR (analogues, manufactured in the USSR - 6Т82Г, 6Т83Г).
The machines allow to machine steel and cast iron work pieces in automatic cycles by horizontally fixed mill cutters and disk cutters, fixed at the tool holder.
For milling machines of this series mounting of vertical milling heads is provided, which allows to widen field of application.
Main advantages of these milling machines are: simple in control; easy in operation; design rigidity; increased wear-resistant of guideways liners max. table load up to 1500 kg, which allows machining of large-capacity work pieces; mounted ball screw assemblies allow achieving high movement precision, which in turn allows us to mount Digital Read-Out (DRO) systems.
