Vertical knee-type milling machine FSS350MR, FSS450MR (analogs, manufactured in the USSR - 6Т12, 6Т13).
Machines allow machining of steel and cast iron by vertically mounted milling cutters in automatic cycles, namely: reciprocal milling, milling with accelerated transition, milling by rectangular cycle in 3 planes.
Main advantages of these milling machines are:

- increased wear-resisting properties of guideways plates;
- maximal table loading up to 1500 kg, which allows to machine large capacity parts;
- console lowering mechanism eliminates tipping machined surface by tool during back accelerated table stroke;
- table clamping mechanism by down feed in longitudinal coordinate ensures necessary rigidity and eliminates vibration
- mounted ballscrew assemblies allow achieving high movement precision, which in turn allows us to mount DRO-systems at the machines.
